Crazy day!

Well, I recently returned early from Girls’ Camp.  The experience was wonderful, but the preeclampsia has decided to rear it’s ugly head a little earlier than I’d like to have.  I feel very at peace that everything will be okay, but that the road might be hard. I’m grateful for a supportive family that is allowing me to stay off my feet.

I went to the doctor this morning and had some blood drawn and was given a medication and an order to take it easy and stay out of the intense heat.  So, I’ve taken those orders to heart and I’ve been parked on the couch or bed all day.  I’m a mom and right now that involves incubating that baby as long as physically possible. I’m a little disappointed that this is all hitting early, but have confidence in the Lord and my doctor.

It does warm my heart that today I found out that Connie is giving a talk in primary this Sunday so I told her that and she immediately went to research her talk and learn what she can about temples.  I’m so proud of her constant desire to do good things.  She is a blessing to me in this pregnancy and life!
